Hi there!

This gorgeous little animation by Brene Brown and Katy Davis shows the power of empathy.  It’s about being there with someone who is hurting and allowing yourself to be vulnerable with them.  Not trying to fix or minimise what the other is experiencing, but really being there with them.  It involves giving up your own judgements in order to truly see and hear the other.  This is where the magic lies.  This is how we connect.
